Job Description

Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar métodos de producción eficientes para la fabricación de arneses eléctricos.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

• Optimización de Procesos:
  - Diseñar y balancear líneas de producción
  - Implementar mejoras continuas
• Tiempo Muerto:
  - Identificar causas de paros
  - Implementar acciones correctivas
• Tooling & Equipo:
  - Definir y mejorar herramientas
  - Validar equipos
• Scrap:
  - Analizar causas de desperdicio
  - Reducir defectos
• Documentación & Carpetas:
  - Mantener instrucciones de trabajo
  - Controlar AMEF y planes
• Eficiencia:
  - Medir OEE y productividad
  - Realizar estudios de tiempos
• Auditorías:
  - Soportar auditorías internas/externas
  - Implementar acciones correctivas

Skills

Education Requirements

Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

Experience Requirements

Experiencia en manufactura automotriz.
