Position overview: Cost control for internal reporting and budget planning, checking and preparation of costs for the approval process according to company procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining company platform for reporting (Hyperion) for Novi Sad location
  • Preparing of order list and obtaining approvals according to Lear procedures
  • Controlling salary and overhead costs
  • Planning salary and overhead costs for budget
  • Actively participating in monthly reporting of achieved financial results of the company with focus on salaries and overhead costs
  • Balance sheet control and preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations for internal audit
  • Responsible for preparing company for internal audit with focus on processes in Logistics and Human resources departments
  • Checking accounting, creating bookings and reporting in accordance with US GAAP for month closing
  • Account and budget checking in Purchasing system (COUPA)

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in logistics, economics, technical science or similar field
  • Desired experience in same or similar position minimum 1 year
  • Good knowledge of raw materials purchasing process
  • Desired experience in automotive industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Intermediate level of English language
  • Excellent analytical skills
