Position overview: Ensuring all quality procedures and standards and resolving internal problems in cutting and preassembly area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily analysis of quality control reports from cutting and pre-assembly lines and organization of daily meetings related to non-conformities
  • Organization of quarantine (block zone) in the cutting department
  • Solving internal problems with a multidisciplinary team – PDCA
  • Organization of sorting activities in case of internal or external problems and setting of Quality alerts
  • Active participation in solving external problems through 8D reports
  • Organization of the weekly process audit in cutting and preassembly area
  • Participation in updating the Control Plan and PFMEA
  • Organization of meeting for non-conformities found during Tear Down report
  • Participation in terminal validations Participation in the
  • Implementation of Kaizen improvements in cutting and pre-assembly area
  • Recording of IPPM data in responsible area and implementing actions to reduce IPPM
  • Updating work instructions and other documents related to quality in the cutting and pre-assembly area

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

 

  • University degree in area of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, quality or similar
  • Minimum 1 year experience in quality engineering in automotive industry
  • Experience in cutting and preassembly area in wiring industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge about Quality tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MSA and SPC
  • Knowledge about IATF 16949 standard, VDA 6.3
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
