Job Description

Ensure the financial and operational control of the plant through effective management of the budget, forecast, financial analysis, cost control, compliance with internal controls, and coordination of the finance team, providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for budget preparation and control, as well as forecasting activities.
  • Responsible for payroll calculations and providing explanations for Actual vs. Forecast variances.
  • Conduct financial analyses as required by the plant operations team.
  • Review, audit, and maintain controls over fixed assets.
  • Coordinate the team to achieve Finance and Operations objectives in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with all departments to conduct physical inventories of raw materials and tool crib inventory.
  • Ensure all accounting records are accurate and provide explanations for any variances.
  • Determine monthly expenses based on financial analysis and operational data.
  • Responsible for sales price and cost determination by program, including risk analysis related to sales, materials and operating expenses. 
  • Lead and coordinate the plant’s month-end closing process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial results.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or similar. 
Advanced English level.

 

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in similar positions.
