As a Project Manager based in Porriño (Spain) you will lead the delivery of multiple programs for the Structure division. You will lead global cross-functional teams that include sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality and purchasing. You will be responsible for program timeline development, documentation and execution ensuring scope, quality, timing and cost objectives are met.

 

Responsibilities:


• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs that exceed both customer and internal customer expectations
• Taking responsibility for the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability and required quality standards
• Planning and execution of all activities in accordance with milestones defined by the customer
• Management of product changes according to flexibility and costs defined/agreed with Engineering and Sales
• Identification of possible risks and critical points and application of necessary corrective measures by escalation in order to obtain the necessary support

 

Requirements:

 

• Higher education in engineering
• Experience working in the automotive industry and preferably in the field of mechanics
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams both local and in highly dynamic environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish, French is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible, can-do attitude person and stress-resilient
