It combines advanced software, algorithms, and equipment to bring automation, increased leather savings and productivity. Over 18 years of activity and continuous investments in R&D enabled us to build a significant collection of proprietary software algorithms and hardware equipment.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to oversee administrative operations and provide comprehensive support to our Business Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities. This role involves managing travel requests, procurement processes, and handling key responsibilities in accounting related to exported hardware products.
The Role Key responsibilities include the following:
- Travels Coordination: approvals, itineraries, accommodation, and cost-effective quotes.
- Provide general office administration: supplies, vendor relations, and guest handling.
- Manage procurement: raise POs, liaise with suppliers, and oversee material reception.
- Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.
- Handle export/import processes and ensure compliance with customs documentation.
- Support basic accounting tasks: invoice registration and monthly reporting.
- Maintain employee training records and organize annual health checks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with travel coordination and procurement processes.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
