Operations Manager

- Manage the Production activities by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving and coordinating with other functions for smooth and effective productions.

- Manage all issues related production (Production activities, Productivity, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and other KPI...).

- Monitor the implementation of safety regulations and guidance.

- Build and train high performing Production team.

- Participate in the establishment of company’s quality and environment objective, target and programs.

- Import plans for growth, quality, and production to middle managers.

- Examine and propose improvements in efficiency for the production line.

- Leading all production department members to reach the target and goal; Make sure delivery high quality and lower cost parts to customer on time.

- Daily hold operation meeting with other department to solve daily operation issue such as capacity issues, daily production trouble shooting, and quality issues.

- Production planning issue.

- Weekly new project action meeting.

- Daily communication and E-mail about any production issue.

- Monthly meeting with top management about quality requirement from customer and internal.

- Meeting for customer audit.

- Participate the meeting with top management for company strategy development meeting.
