Following its establishment in 2012, Plzeň has grown into our fastest-growing Engineering Development Center in Europe. The center focuses on the design and development of Lear products, including complex seating mechanisms and structures, foams, coatings, plastics, and trim components. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.
You support the Seating TCS sales organization by ensuring smooth after-sales execution and strong customer coordination. The role plays a key part in supporting Account Managers and aligning internal teams to deliver reliable commercial service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers and act as the voice of the customer.
- Manage after-sales activities, including quotations, DCL handling, PO validation, and PO release.
- Support Account Managers with administrative and commercial tasks such as price maintenance and system updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve commercial issues accurately and on time.
- Track all tasks within scope and ensure clear, proactive communication across departments.
Experience Requierments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a commercial coordination role (recruiter suggestion).
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrix organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
