As a Project Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of components in the seat from the prototype stage to the series production stage.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of customer requirements into pre-series production, close cooperation with production
- Responsible for the management of the assigned project from its assignment by the customer to the start of serial production, management and coordination of project team members
- Creation of the project plan, supervision of meeting deadlines and project goals, reporting to the supervisor
- Participation in the preparation & updating of technical documentation
- Design and implementation of design solutions to meet customer requirements and legislative requirements
- Analyzing the causes of defects and non-conformities
- Monitoring and recording product deficiencies and participating in their elimination in cooperation with the internal SME team
- Participation in the preparation of the internal system based on the IATF 16949 standard
- Representing the Technical Center in Pilsen when communicating with the customer - we are dealing with an internal customer within the Lear Corporation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage (project management within electrical components or a similar sector)
- Experience with vehicle communication system CAN/LIN and SW-Update process
- Communicative level of English. German is desirable
- Creative technical thinking "out of the box" is crucial for us, we are looking for the right talents and professionals
- Pro-customer approach, handling stressful situations
- Driving license B
- Regular travel to Lear branches in Germany and the Czech Republic
