Plzen (Pilsen), Czech Republic Following its establishment in 2012, today Plzen is our fastest growing Engineering Development Center in Europe; the development center works on the design and development of Lear Products related to Mechanical Engineering such as complex seating mechanisms and structures, foams, coatings, plastics, and trim development. Today, there is a headcount of approximately 250 employees. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

 

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our back-office team in Pilsen, providing support to the sales team at our headquarters in Munich, Germany.

The primary responsibilities of this position include handling various administrative tasks, particularly in change management within PLM, assisting the sales team with diverse issues, and collaborating with the business unit's departments in purchasing and program management.

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing JIT finance reports, working with the purchasing team to manage price updates, and preparing weekly reports.

We anticipate that the Sales Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our sales team operations and achieving our goals.


 

 

What We Expect You To Do:

  • Collaborate with the team to manage the sales tasks in PLM on current programs, serial, and pre-serial
  • Handle price approvals based on the sales procedure
  • Gather and analyze sales data from the sales pricing system
  • Provide admin JIT support
  • Cooperate with purchasing on weekly price reports
  • Help improve sales processes

 

 

What you would need to be successful in this position:

  • 2+ years of experience in analyzing or a similar administrative position (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Czech; Proficient in English; Knowledge of German is an additional asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Reporting skills
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
