We are looking for HR Specialist who will be responsible for personnel administration, preparation of payroll documents, and coordination of suppliers in the area of HR services. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative colleague who enjoys learning new things and developing within HR. The ideal candidate should also enjoy working with data, including reports, analyses, and HR metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents for payroll processing
- Complete personnel administration (employment contracts, amendments, documentation)
- Daily communication with employees regarding HR-related topics
- Preparation and maintenance of HR reports, data overviews, and basic analyses
- Administrative support for HR processes
- Management of external suppliers in the assigned area – catering, Multisport card, and other HR services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant labor legislation
- English level B1/B2
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with a payroll and attendance system is mandatory (Human, Idest – advantage)
- Ability to work with data and prepare reports (Excel or other tools)
