Job Description
We are looking for a person to lead the SQA function in a dynamic ramp-up environment at our JIT/JIS Complete Seat Assembly Plant in Plavecký Štvrtok. Reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving supplier performance and quality excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SQA team, distributing tasks and setting priorities
- Monitor supplier performance and manage the complaint and corrective action process
- Oversee incoming material release and inspection systems (PPAP, serial production)
- Conduct supplier audits if needed and drive improvements in quality and delivery reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally on new product launches and process documentation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with internal quality standards
Requirements
- Leadership experience in supplier quality role within the manufacturing environment
- Background in automotive industry, especially JIT will be a huge asset
- Proficiency in English and Slovak, spoken and written; German is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of quality core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and problem solving tools
- Experience with greenfield/ramp-up projects is an advantage
