0846 Junior Process Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Launch Engineer to support the successful introduction of new products into production. This role involves coordinating launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and tracking progress to meet key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate APQP gate reviews, ensuring the availability of all relevant departments.
• Plan and oversee the first production trial, including material ordering, follow-ups, and documentation of results.
• Organize, implement, and document the first production readiness audit with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Schedule, implement, and document a first shipment audit to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Track and validate launch key dates, ensuring production targets are met on the shop floor.
• Verify material readiness for launch, including crust, chemicals, and packaging.
• Support other assignments as directed by the Launch Manager.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Outlook.
