Eagle Ottawa (EO)is the world's largest supplier of premium automotive leather. Since 1865, we've consistently demonstrated our passion for leather making – in skilled craftsmanship, unparalleled artistry and a focus on innovation. Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.
The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
Training & Development (60%)
-
Coordinate and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.

Manage training schedules, logistics, and vendor relationships.
-
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.
-
Create engaging training materials including presentations, videos, and digital content.Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
-
Provides duly explanation of training procedure to staffs and have all the staffs to comply with approved training procedure.Conducts training and learning needs assessment and work out annual training plan on a company wide basis, send the proposed annual training plan to HR manager for approval.

Works closely with HR officer and co-worker to ensure completion training as scheduled.

Duly conducts training effectiveness evaluation to see if there is any improvement required.

Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.

Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
-
Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.

Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
-
Coordinating external training as the need arises.

Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.

Availing yourself as a sounding board for all employees with the explicit aim of improving their orientation and training.

Assist with annual budget planning related to Training program

Identify learning and development needs of designated staff and contribute
-
to the services’ learning and development plan.

Develop inclusive learning and development activities to meet quality
-
standards and the services’ learning and development plan.

Organize internal and external learning and development activities to
-
ensure the competence and continuing development of designated staff.
HR Services (40%)
-
Support HR operations including onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
-
Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
-
Support employee engagement initiatives.
-
Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
-
Coordinate company events, meetings, and welfare activities.
-
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
-
Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
-
Perform daily 5S plant management and support company activity and take improvement actions.
-
Manage and support visiting of customer/visitor to meet the company requirements.
-
Control & follow admin team activities and support company's events.
-
Communicate to internal/external departments in related fields. Support an emergency request with smooth operation flow and good solution

Managing office supplies / Stationery inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Knowledge in ISO 9001 / IATF16949 and Skill and Development Labor Law
-
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and basic multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, video editing software).

Ability to multitask and work independently.
