Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.

The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:

1.Targeted OEE Rate for production (incl. finishing, cutting, sewing & wrapping) machine

2.Cost control within budget

3. accident injuries for maintenance team and on site contractor

Functional Job Activities

Activity 1: Machine installation, commissioning and maintenance

Goal Ensure targeted OEE rate are met.

Preventive Maintenance:

1.Follow up preventive maintenance plan and schedule

2.check lists are in place and train the mechanical and electrical  follow the regular check rigorously.

3.Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction.

4.Follow up of immediate superior assign

Activity 2: Safety and on site contractor management

Goal

Manage on site engineering activity is conducted in a safe and secure way through prior training and education

1.Ensures all the on site construction or machine installation related activities are in line with safety and environment as well as  secure requirement through training and education to the workers.

2.    Makes sure all the outsourced contractors (workers) have insured for themselves and declared their

Activity 3:

Goal

1.Improvement , develop and corrective to increase efficiency of machines willing to share knowledge

2.Response pollution of environment system controller

3.Employee Relations

4.Maintains amiable, respectful working relationships with co-workers both inside and outside the Department

Qualifications

1.Diploma background for over 5 years, prefer major electrical or mechanical.

2.Above 5 yr. equipment technical

3.Knowledge about energy and machine

4.Knowledge Understanding on industrial on System (IATF16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001,etc.)
