Job Description

 

You lead the plant’s Continuous Improvement culture by coaching managers and teams to achieve business objectives through Lean and Six Sigma. You translate corporate CI strategy into plant-level execution and play a key role within the senior management team to drive sustainable performance.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead direct and indirect teams to embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the plant.
  • Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals, scorecards, and priorities at plant level.
  • Coach and support functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results.
  • Deploy OEB assessments, prioritize improvement areas, and mentor leaders through execution.
  • Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen events, and hands-on learning.
  • Drive kaizen activity, ensuring event quality, scoring performance, and visible results.
  • Track and validate CI savings, engagement, and project progress through OIP and scorecards.
  • Implement best practices and plant-wide lean tools to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools applied in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading culture change and coaching managers and teams.
  • Experience managing kaizen events, CI metrics, and savings validation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.
