Join Lear Corporation, a global leader in automotive technology, at our Pozzo d’Adda plant, specializing in high-end seating systems for premium automotive brands. With five advanced production lines, we are committed to quality, efficiency, and innovation. We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead operations, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality & safety.
• Monitor production, analyze data, and make adjustments.
• Support shift leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage workforce scheduling and resolve operational issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years in production/operations leadership (automotive preferred).
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Italian & English.
