Job Description
Responsibilities
- Apply APQP methodologies to support product and process development activities from concept through launch.
- Lead quality planning activities and ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
- Perform and facilitate FMEA reviews to identify risks and define effective mitigation actions.
- Analyze quality data using SPC, Pareto analysis, and other quality tools to improve process performance.
- Investigate non-conformities and lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D methodology.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to verify product quality requirements and manufacturability.
- Prepare and maintain technical quality documentation, including boundary books, control plans, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of APQP and the main phases of product and process development.
- Proficiency in quality tools including FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Pareto analysis.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
