Job Description

You ensure supplier quality performance and protect production continuity by managing supplier issues, audits, and quality standards. You work within the Quality department and act as a key interface between suppliers, manufacturing, and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Lead communication and day-to-day quality management with suppliers and external sorting partners.
  • Manage supplier complaints and ensure timely delivery of conforming parts to production.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions in line with IATF 16949, including 8D follow-up.
  • Control non-conforming components, including containment, sorting, and escalation activities.
  • Review and approve supplier PPAP documentation and quality submissions.
  • Perform supplier audits and present findings with clear action plans.
  • Develop and maintain incoming inspection instructions and control plans.
  • Track quality KPIs, non-quality costs, and chargeback activities related to suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
  • Hands-on experience with PPAP, FMEA, 8D, MSA, and SPC tools.
  • Intermediate or higher English and Slovak languages proficiency and strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
