PRODUCT ENGINEER – THERMAL COMFORT SOLUTIONS
SOUTHFIELD, MI - WORLD HEADQUARTERS

As a member of the Seat Climate Engineering team, the Product Engineer will be responsible for:

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Supports completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. 
• Utilizes knowledge of engineering theory, material science, manufacturing processes, to design products to meet manufacturing plant capabilities and customer specifications. 
• Applies root cause analysis strategies to systematically solve product related issues.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent discipline)
• Proficient verbal and written communications skills
• An ability to collaborate well in a team environment
• Co-op, internship, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan
• Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software
• Ability to travel as needed

Bonus If You Have:

• Automotive experience
• Experience in seating and/or seating component design
• Experience in seat climate product design
