From 2023. company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work under name of Lear corporation. We are working on 3 sites in Inđija, Lazarevac and Lajkovac.
Position overview: Ensuring all quality standards and Customer requirements in production are met, resolving quality claims and communication with Customer for quality related topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily tracking of IPPM and participating in preparing and implementing action plans for its improvement
- Preparation of reports related to errors and nonconformities on a weekly basis (Paynter Chart) and their presentation to the customer
- Active participation in meetings with Customers
- Leading all activities related to resident and customer claims and preparation of 8D reports
- Working in Lear and Customer portals and software for quality tracking
- Initiating Requests for Rework (RWR) and organization of sorting activities
- Supporting quality inspectors in their daily tasks
- Validation of lines and approval of production line readiness
- Warranty part analysis in case of returning the beam from the vehicle under warranty as well as analysis of problems caused by the warranty product
- Participating in audits
- Supporting PFMEA and Control plan activities
Key skills and Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in quality area or technical sciences
- Previous experience in quality in automotive or similar industry minimum 1 year
- Good knowledge and practical experience in using quality tools
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Desired knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
