About Lear
Lear has been operating in Serbia since 2016, offering a wide range of products and demonstrating strong expertise in electrical distribution and global comfort systems. With our 2 main sites in Novi Sad (E-systems) and Indjija (global comfort systems) we are employing more than 4500 diverse and talented team members.
From 2023 company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work as a part of Lear Corporation.
Job location: Indjija, Vojvodina region
Responsibilities
- Managing the quality department and coordinating the team’s work
- Analyzing and reporting quality performance indicators
- Preparing and supervising 8D reports related to customer complaints
- Monitoring and overseeing SQTS, LQTS, and MOS systems
- Implementing and managing IATF 16949 systems, and supporting the execution of environmental policy (ISO 14001) and ISO 45001
- Planning and being responsible for internal training related to the plant’s quality system
- Setting quality objectives for the plant and individual departments
- Supervising quality alerts
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and customers
- Stopping production and blocking shipment of non-conforming products in case of detected non-conformities in the process or product
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the quality area
- Higher education degree, preferably in a technical field
- Very good command of English and Serbian; knowledge of German will be an additional advantage
- Knowledge of quality processes in the automotive industry
- Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
Nice to have
- Internal auditor certification in IATF systems
- VDA 6.3 auditor certification
- Knowledge of AIAG and VDA-QMC
- Familiarity with OEM customer requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
