Responsibilities

Work Location : Rabat Technopolis Plant

• Control of customer needs to detect variations in customer demand increases and decreases.
• Regular contact with the different customers.
• Inventory tracking of finished products: calsina square / Rabat / Transit.
• Transportation organization for customers.
• Organization of customer pick up.
• Returnable packaging tracking for different customers.
• Ensure logistic performance for customer deliveries.
• Logistic information analysis
• Follow the consideration of emergencies of customer deliveries in collaboration with the master planning.
• Ensure the achievement of the following indicators: 0 Premium Freight / 0 obsoletes / 100% service rate
• Capacity analysis and logistics’ information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications.
• Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Education Requirements

• Bac+5/Master's degree in Logistics

Experience Requirements

• Competencies: Analytical skills/ Ability to manage priorities and stress
• Good communication skills in both French and English
