Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Track customer variations.
  • Interaction with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about product, account, and service
  • Control and follow FG stock.
  • Organize customer pick-ups.
  • Manage returnable packaging availability.
  • Ensure customer KPIs are green
  • Ensure delivery performance at the required level
  • Follow the consideration of emergencies of customer deliveries in collaboration with the production planning
  • Ensure the achievement of the following indicators: 0Premium Freight / 0obsoletes / 100% service rate
  • Capacity analysis and logistics’ information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications.
  • Track customer backlog to avoid any issue with customers

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Bac+5/Master's degree in Logistics/similar branch
  • Competencies: Analytical skills/ Ability to manage priorities and stress
  • Good communication skills in both French and English.
