Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build tight and rigor relationship with customer contacts.
  • Manage Quality Figures: Scorecard, PPM, Written concern by dealing with Customer contacts.
  • Ensure Proactive communication channeling between Customer and plant interlocutor.
  • Lead problem solving for customer claims related to product Quality.
  • Manage resident available for dedicated customer: communication, analysis finding, improvement to be implemented at Lear or Customer Line.
  • Analyze Customer Complaints related to product quality, and lead implementation of proper corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper reporting of Lear performances for dedicated customer, via Portals and communication channels.
  • Provides continuous feedback to customer about the status and evolution of claims.
  • Seeks for continuous formal feedbacks, of customer satisfaction degree about our product and services.
  • Manage Sorting and/or correction implementation and efficiency at customer plants, via Residents or 3rd companies.
  • Manage non-Quality costs generated by claims: Warranty and 0 miles.
  • Supervise Analysis result meeting for customer returns,  between failure analysis and customer.
  • Lead customer audits related to product health check, problem Solving…
  • Takes  personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
  • Participate on saving energy and propose suggestion to control it.
  • Ensure conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirement, and regulatory requirement and implementation of corrective and preventive action.
  • Have authority to stop production and shipment in case of major risk.

 

Key Skills :

  • Bac+5 Engineering Degree
  • Experience of Minimum 1 Year in automotive field & Minimum 1 Year in Customer Quality
  • Good knowledge of Quality tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving knowledge
  • Strong leadership, and ability to gather people around common target
  • Good communication skills in both French and English
