As Lear cybersecurity and FuSa process engineer your mission will be to define and analyze the Cybersecurity and FuSa process but also align these processes with the rest of Lear Global Processes assuring ISO21434, ISO 26262:2018 requirements coverage as well as other automotive applicable standards like IATF at the state-of-the-art level.

 

Job description and duties:

The job comes with the following responsibilities and expectations:

•Define, review and improve Lear Cybersecurity and FuSa Processes assuring alignment with ISO 21434 and ISO 26262:2018 requirements

•Support Cybersecurity and safety KPIs definition

•Deploy CS (Cybersecurity) and FuSa Audit system to assure ISO21434 and ISO 26262:2018 coverage and Lear Processes

•Provide technical matter of expertise to the related global processes with dependencies on Cybersecurity and safety.

•Support the development of the strategy and action plans for improving Process Cybersecurity and FuSa Management

•Drive the development of a proactive Process Cybersecurity and safety Culture

•Actively engage with engineering department and manufacturing plants to ensure lessons learnt implementation and read across

•Participate in the investigations for significant Process Cybersecurity and safety issues and support other teams with knowledge on investigation techniques (8D, 5 Why’s)

•Database control and automatization work product generation

To be a success in this role you must have:

•Knowledge about ISO21434 and UNECE WP 29.

•Knowledge about ASPICE and ASPICE for Cybersecurity

•Knowledge about ISO 26262

•At least 3 years proven experience in cybersecurity and functional safety related activities.

•English language skills are a must, German desirable.

•High communication and presentation skills.

•Knowledge about process implementation, as well as agile

•Knowledge about Stages use is desirable as well as JIRA, Visio, SVN, SharePoint

•Knowledge about 8D and 5 Why’s is desirable

•Agile knowledge is desirable

•Engineering degree

•Experience in business process analysis and management

•Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Power BI, or equivalent tools for visualization of process flows, measurement data & attributes

•Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency or workload management

•Experience in data management systems using ex. SAP HANA, Microsoft SQL etc.

•Experience using Rest APIs and languages like PowerShell, Python, R, Java
