A unique position has opened in our Rabat/Salé EE Plant as HR Development.

Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc.) to keep employees up to date in their respective fields

Hiring ,training & preparing new ees for their new roles / career Development to improve ee’s performances.

 

 

Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to)

·         Identify and assess

·         Training Plan establishment

·         Master & understand the concept , the approach of Operational Training

·         Evaluate the effectiveness

·         Maintain overall Training plan adherence

·         Team Leader Leadership Enhancement/Middle Management Program

·         Talent identification

·         Execute hiring plan

·         Work & coordinate with TA manager and HR Manager on hiring plan for qualified

·         On boarding process for all new hires

·         Work on 2021 internal communication plan with HRM to be implemented

·         Ensure all internal communications and info are sent out

·         Work on Polyvalence matrix for all ees & Develop polyvalence among HR team

 

To be a success in this role you must have

-         Excellent organizational skills – a proven record in being able to plan and track project activities.

-         Automotive experience is needed  

-         At least 5 years proven experience in a similar position

-         High project management skills

-         Autonomous & self-starter

-         Fluency in English
