Job Description
Lear has been operating in Morocco since 2003, offering a wide range of products and demonstrating strong expertise in electrical distribution systems, electronics, surface materials, and seating JIT(Just-in-Time). You lead the Rabat electronics plant with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. Your role is critical to operational excellence, flawless program launches, and profitable growth while building a strong leadership culture aligned with Lear values.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant operations to achieve best-in-class safety performance with a zero lost-time incident culture.
- Drive quality excellence by maintaining RPPM performance below 5 PPM and strengthening preventive controls.
- Deliver operational KPIs through data-driven execution, continuous improvement, and rigorous performance management.
- Ensure flawless program launches with no customer disruption, meeting all APR and PAR commitments.
- Execute the IDEA by Lear strategy by delivering automation projects and targeted capital investments.
- Own financial performance, including revenue growth, operating income targets, free cash flow, and inventory reduction.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Global teams to optimize materials, DFM, and manufacturing readiness.
- Build an inclusive, high-performance culture with strong succession planning, talent development, and engagement.

Education Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership within electronics or complex industrial environments.
- Proven track record delivering safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in a high-volume plant.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, capex, inventory, and cash flow.
- Experience leading automation, continuous improvement, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
