 Update and maintain the requirements database, gather measures, analyze metrics, and report requirements status to the projects team.



 •    Plan and coordinate the requirements engineering activities with stakeholders, such as the System Leader, Software Team Leader, and Hardware Team Leader. 
•    Establish the Configuration Management Plan and Requirements Management Plan using the appropriate tools (IBM Rational DOORS or Similar).
•    Provide support and training to the projects’ teams
•    Optimize requirements engineering activities through automation.
•    Improve the requirements engineering process by identifying and implementing best practices and standardization.
•    Interface with the customer to plan and exchange stakeholder requirements using the appropriate tools.
•    Gather, import, and communicate stakeholder requirements to the appropriate stakeholders.
•    Prepare and maintain the requirements database established for the project using tools such IBM Rational DOORS or Similar
•    Monitor and report the requirements status to the project team, including analysis completion, traceability, and test coverage.


    Programs leaded or supported by E-Systems Engineering 


•    Engineering Career. 
•    Good level of English to work with international teams
•    Quality Trainings. Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies and Quality tools: 8D, Fishbone, 5Why, DFMEA, APQP


•    Experience on one of those disciplines: Systems, SW, HW or MEC
•    Experience with the automotive industry and its regulations (ASPICE…).
•    Experience on metrics management, dashboards, KPIs
•    Knowledge on JIRA, IBM Doors, SVN or Similar


•    Good programming skills with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python
•    Experience on automotive
•    Social skills, able to work in team and moderate multidisciplinary teams
•    Coordination skill
•    Problem solving and analytics skills
