As SQA Coordinator, you’ll be part of an amazing and diverse team of People Partners in our Rabat Plant that supports a culture that Lear colleagues feel proud to belong to!

 

Your missions:

  • Follow the homologation of raw materials, and follow up Supplier PPAP approval
  • Responsible for the Incoming inspection process and records.
  • Manage quality claims and notification to suppliers in case of non-conformity
  • Securing safe material to production in case of non-conforming raw material
  • Conducts supplier Audit according to Global Audit Management System (GAMS)
  • Manage the SQA team.
  • Leading the SQA activities so that all quality functions during the design, development, launch and production of parts, in his area of responsibility; are completed on schedule
  • Develops and presents SQA presentations materials
  • Takes personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
  • Have the authority to stop production and shipment in case of non-conformity
  • Supplier 8D coordination and closure
  • Ensures reporting of supplier claims resolution and recording in SQTS according to Lear's requirements.

 

To be successful in this role :

• High education level (BAC+5)

• Ability to work in a high tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.

• Experience in team management

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality

• Experience in the automotive sector is a must

 

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in French and English.

 

Work Location: Rabat Plant.
