  • Manage the SQA team
  • Manage escalation process
  • CS1 & CS2 coordination,deployment & control
  • Create the incoming instructions
  • Responsible for leading the SQA activities so that all quality functions during the design, development , launch and production of parts, in his area of responsibility; are completed on schedules
  • Conduct and analyses quality claims suppliers
  • Have the authority to stop production and shipment in case of non-conformity
  • Has ability to perform and assist with all SQA techniques
  • Monitors and participates in the improvement of product process quality
  • Develops and presents SQA presentations materials
  • Lear s quality and environmental policies and procedures
  • Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy,environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).
  • Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.
  • Takes personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
  • Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it.
  • Have the authority to stop production and shipment in case of non-conformity

 

To be successful for this role:

 

  • University degree (Master's) – Electrical, Industrial Engineering Major
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Customer oriented
  • Knowledge in electronic and development in HW or SW
  • Problem solving methodology knowledge.
  • Quality management in automotive industry Analytical and problem solving skills
  • French & English-speaking skills are mandatory
