Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal will have a strong background in developing embedded software for Electronic Control Modules and a thorough understanding of Autosar architecture. This role involves leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Skills :
- Design, Develop and maintain embedded software for Electronic Control Units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, implementation, and testing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
To be successful for this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on Autosar, Body Control Modules and Power distribution boxes.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Autosar architecture and tools.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, and FlexRay communication protocols.
- Familiarity with software development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Vector CANoe, and others.
- Strong understanding of ASPICE process models and their application in software development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English
