Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze raw material inventory levels to define and recommend appropriate safety stock levels.
- Monitor inventory flows and coordinate with production planners to adjust schedules based on supply constraints.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve supply issues and identify alternative sourcing solutions.
- Perform simulations to anticipate stock shortages, excess, or obsolescence risks.
- Prepare and align project planning activities with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Conduct capacity analysis and track logistics KPIs through systems and customer portals.
- Manage supplier claims and chargebacks in SQTS, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and EHS standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and inventory control principles.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with basic negotiation ability.
