Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Manages and analyzes the inventory levels of raw materials in the warehouse, to propose measures of safety stock, according to production needs. 
  • Takes care of tracking inventory, communicate and seek alternatives for any problem with suppliers and supply problems and coordinate with the daily production planners so they can modify the production planning.
  • Makes the simulations needed to anticipate the stock shortage or obsolete creation.
  • Prepare the projects agenda in accordance with the MPS (master planning schedule).
  • Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Capacity analysis and logistics’ information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications
  • Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).
  • Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.
  • Logistic information analysis
  • Takes personal responsibility for keeping himself, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
  • Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it.

 

 

Key Skills :

 

  • Education: Master’s degree 
  • At least 2 years experience in similar position
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Master planning schedule, negotiation skills, good communication & planification skills
  • Fluent in French & English.
