An exciting new position has opened up in our Salé Plant as Warehouse Supervisor.

 

As a Warehouse Supervisor reporting to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager within Lear, you will be in charge of managing all team leader in the shop.

 

You will also control the Warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure policies & procedures are respected .

 

He will be responsible for the following:

  • Make under control warehouse flow (inbound & outbound) & ensure polices & procedures are respected according LEAP manual
  • Lead and develop Warehouse team
  • Ensure 100 % success of internal/external and cutomer audits
  • Support & succeed all new project launch
  • Ensure the continuous improvement culture is maintained inside warehouse and support all kaizen ideas implementation

 

Too be successful for this role:

  • Supply chain/Industrial Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Warehouse management
  • Proven experience in automotive industry 
  • Proven experience in team management 
  • Fluent English
