The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Support current and future business needs by engaging, motivating, and retaining.
- Enhance the overall experience of employees within the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by fostering healthy relationships between management and staff.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
- Oversee and manage all HR services functions.
- Maintain the pay plan and benefits program to ensure fair compensation for employees.
- Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as senior HR or HR Manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Good communication both Thai and English
- Good interpersonal skills and service minded
- Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
