The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs by engaging, motivating, and retaining.
  • Enhance the overall experience of employees within the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by fostering healthy relationships between management and staff.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
  • Oversee and manage all HR services functions.
  • Maintain the pay plan and benefits program to ensure fair compensation for employees.
  • Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as senior HR or HR Manager 
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Good communication both Thai and English
  • Good interpersonal skills and service minded
  • Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
