Your Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for time-critical manufacturing operations across early and late shifts on a two-week rotation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, managing requests via the help desk system and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with local and global IT teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client and server systems, peripheral devices, and software applications.
  • Gain proficiency in supporting in-house manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) applications.
  • Advise on hardware and software procurement, monitor and document IT infrastructure, and uphold data security and protection standards.
  • Develop reports, macros, and scripts, and provide support for SQL Server environments.

Your Profile

  • Completed training as an IT specialist, a relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience from a non-traditional IT background.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within Windows, Microsoft Office, and VMware environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware (including Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi).
  • Solid understanding of laptop and desktop PC hardware.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) for effective international collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
