Your main tasks

The CS Digital Transformation Lead & Business Process Owner (BPO) is a critical transformation leader responsible for defining
and prioritizing digitalization and AI solutions. The role is recognized as an expert, developer, and advisor within the organization.
This position requires traveling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to define business-led digital transformation vision, priorities, and roadmap for process digitalization
together with divisional lead.
• Authors digital applications, Statement of Work, articulating requirements and qualitative and quantitative end user
insights and performance indicators and trends.
• Assesses current state business processes, defines future state workflows required to accommodate digital solutions
across Connection Systems.
• Leads function team through business process and org change management.
• Accountable for functional adoption of application, creating and leading continuous training.
• Measures and communicates results of digital investments.
• Act as CS division communication and coordination partner of digitalization activities requests and initiatives aligned
with the central team.
• Ensures technology supports well-defined, standardized, and value-driven business processes across CS division,
including all functions.
• Is a key person for defining core applications for use across the Connection Systems division.
• Translates business objectives into consistently defined processes for effective digitization across regions.
• Ensures production, quality, and supply chain operate as a connected value chain rather than as silos.
• Maintains process integrity and governance during systems evolution or organizational changes.

The CS Digital Transformation Lead & BPO role may also be responsible for data integrity within the domain and/or value
stream, as well as may expand the role to other Connection Systems regions.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Very fluent in English.
• Strategic thinker with a strong innovative mindset, capable of driving forward-looking initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and demonstrate strong leadership within a matrix organization to achieve
results.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable and executable digital initiatives.
• Data-driven approach with a focus on fact-based decision-making,
• Curious and passionate about emerging and disruptive technological trends.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the energy and ambition to lead digital and connectivity transformations.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in owning or leading digital and/or connectivity transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirements definition, and change management.
