We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Accounts Payable Accountant, based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
As Accounts Payable Accountant will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant Controller.
Your tasks will be:
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents in order.
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks, wire transfers; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Be Successful In This Role You Must Have
- Education in Business, Engineering, Accounting, or any related field.
- Computer package management (Excel).
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge with IATF-16949 and ISO 14001.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- English Advanced level.
- Good customer service.
