NEW CAREER OPORTUNITY – PROCESS ENGINEER
REYNOSA PLANT
Use knowledge of both engineering and manufacturing processes to increase the efficiency of our processes and to aid in the development of future manufacturing solutions
YOUR TASK WILL BE:
- Responsible to develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
- Lean Manufacturing implementation
- Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
- Root Cause Analysis of Process and Manufacturing Issues
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
Professional degree in engineering or any related field completed.
- +5 years of experience in similar position for automotive industry.
- Experience in Electronic Assembly Manufacturing.
- Lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge (SPC)
- PLC knowledge
- Programming experience Ni LabView (desirable)
- Teamwork skills, customer service and effective communication.
- Conversational Advanced English level.
