Job Description

NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY| PLANT SR HR COORDINATOR

REYNOSA, TAMPS

 

  • Improve and sustain the level of involvement and commitment of the entire workforce

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting and Hiring process of salary and union employees
  • Ensure benefits are competitive with the local market and cost effective
  • Industrial Relationships with the union and follow up Mexican labor law.
  • Develop systems and processes to keep continuous improvement in HR
  • Lead absenteeism and turnover actions / projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
  • Responsible for the execution of a good communication system for union and non-union employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining external communication with the local authorities and companies for the support of future needs.
  • Responsible to Control and follow up department budgets and key operational indicators.
  • Responsible for the training program of middle management and managers.
  • Responsible for the administration of the performance evaluation system of the company.
  • Responsible for the internal and external communication of the company.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
