NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Reynosa, Tamp

 

 

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Working with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures.

 

YOUR TASK WILL BE

 

  • Report supplier performance and quality to management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs
  • Track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization's standards
  • Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments
  • Preparation and updating the incoming inspection plans
  • Raising DMN in case of non-conformance observed in the receipt or in line
  • Follow up for non-conformity closer with the supplier
  • Ensure Supplier PPAP for engineering changes,
  • Follow up annual validation.
  • Manage activities of leaders and quality inspectors and ensure their training.

                                                                                     

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
  • Leadership, proactive, focused on results.
  • 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and listening ability.
  • Competent in problem solving tools such as 8D methodology.
  • Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, Problem solving
  • Fluent english
