We are looking for an Industrialization Methods Engineer to join Roche-la-Molière plant within the Seating Division. The plant specializes in metal welding, epoxy painting processes, automated manufacturing, and assembly of seating components for major automotive customers.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and improve manufacturing and industrialization processes.
Support production, maintenance, quality, and new product launches.
Optimize equipment performance, productivity, safety, and process reliability.
Support PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and vision inspection processes.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and process issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with customer and automotive quality standards.

Requirements

Bac +2 or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Automation Engineering.
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
Solid understanding of process engineering, industrialization methods, quality requirements, epoxy painting processes, automation, PLC environments, and vision systems.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and industrial problem-solving methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and AUTOCAD.
Professional level of French and English required.
