We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with strong maintenance expertise to lead performance improvement and team development at our Roche La Molière plant.

The site includes welding (main process), painting, and assembly, with around 200 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Culture
• Lead succession planning, coaching, and talent development
• Support high-potential employees and foster a safety-first, performance-driven culture
• Promote “Together We Win” and community engagement initiatives

Operational Excellence
• Improve OEE (85% welding, 90% assembly) and reduce scrap (<2.5%)
• Implement 5S across production and office areas
• Optimize labor efficiency and production structures
• Ensure successful product launches without customer disruption
• Drive TPM, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability improvements

Innovation & Digitalization
• Lead MES, VSM, and data visualization projects
• Support digital transformation in line with JIT & Structures Europe strategy

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations and maintenance management
• Strong skills in TPM, troubleshooting, and team coaching
• Automotive industry background preferred

• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
