Position Summary

The Plant Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all logistics operations at the Roche-la-Molière plant, ensuring efficient material flow, warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to production and customers.

The role supports production continuity, supply chain performance, and operational excellence, while leading the logistics team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


About the Site

The Lear Corporation plant in Roche-la-Molière is a key manufacturing facility within the Seating Division.

The site:
• Employs approximately 200 employees
• Includes welding (main process), painting, and final assembly operations
• Supports major automotive customers within Lear’s Structures Business Group



Key Responsibilities
• Lead plant logistics operations, including warehouse, material flow, and inventory management.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery to support production and customer requirements.
• Monitor logistics performance and KPIs to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Lead and develop the logistics team while promoting a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics management experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and material flow processes.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• French fluent, English professional level.
