Serás resposable de:
Coordinar todos los recursos y actividades necesarias para el logro de los objetivos estratégicos
establecidos por la dirección y de acuerdo con el plan operacional, así como el cumplimiento del
Operating income para la operación asignada.
Para tener éxito en el rol se requiere:
Estudios profesionales nivel licenciatura
Inglés alto profesional
3+ años de experiencia como gerente de operaciones en industria automotriz T1 modalidad JIT
Liderazgo asertivo, organización, juicio práctico, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, aprendizaje, dominio técnico de áreas operacionales de calidad, materiales, ingeniería y manufactura
Atención al detalle, mejora de procesos y toma de decisiones.
