We’ve successfully launched our logistics hub in Skopje dedicated to managing central material planning and transportation activities for Europe and Africa region. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we’re looking for motivated candidates to join us on the position of Logistics Analyst.  

The Logistics Analyst analyzes, optimizes, and steers logistics processes across the entire supply chain.

The primary objective is to improve cost efficiency, performance, transparency, and operational effectiveness through data‑driven insights and methods.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as transportation cost, delivery performance, inventory levels, and lead times.
  • Develop and implement optimization initiatives in transportation, warehousing, and material flow.
  • Prepare forecasts, scenario analyses, and business cases.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models (e.g., Power BI, Excel, ERP datasets).
  • Evaluate and enhance transportation networks (e.g., HUB structure, routing, consolidation strategies).
  • Support tenders, carrier performance assessments, and cost benchmarking.
  • Conduct deviation analyses and derive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to projects including digitalization, automation, and network optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (production, procurement, customer service) and external partners.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in analytical or optimization‑focused roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL beneficial).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP etc.).
  • Strong understanding of global supply chains, transportation networks, and cost structures.
