- Lead and develop the material planning and logistics team to support operational and production continuity.
- Manage material planning processes to ensure timely availability of components and raw materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable material flow and minimize supply risks.
- Analyze customer demand and production schedules to identify constraints and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and ERP/MRP data integrity.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement action plans to improve service, inventory, and operational performance.
- Drive successful product launches and engineering changes while minimizing material disruptions and stock losses.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, HR, and external partners to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing end-to-end material planning and inventory processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, demand planning, and supplier management.
- Strong communication skills in French and English, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
