Lead and manage a team of Engineering Project Leaders responsible of executing all electrification development programs on cost, on schedule and with high quality (meeting or exceeding all customer specs), by leading cross functional engineering teams (Systems, Hardware, Software, Safety) becoming a reliable partner to our customers, both internal and external.

  • Organizing and leading the Engineering Project Leader team that are responsible for all engineering teams (systems, hardware, software, safety, validation) according to development needs, assuring engineering deliverables and execution.        
  • Supervising the execution of all development programs on cost, on schedule and scope, at the highest performance standards.
  • Assuring process compliance/adherence to ensure all design, integration and testing activities are managed and executed consistently, completely and accurately across all disciplines.                          
  • Reporting and escalating to senior management                               
  • Being the first point of escalation to customers                 
  • Developing, monitoring and controlling the project engineering budget (resources, expenses and CAPEX).
  • Risk management                                           
  • Deploying standard leadership behaviors defined for all EPL       
  • Coaching and developing people             



Job Requirements:


  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing people            
  • At least 8 years of work experience in project management leading cross functional teams, both local and distributed, in highly dynamic environments.
  • Willing and used to work under pressure                             
  • Proactive, accountable, can-do attitude, resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing customers
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering
  • MBA, PMP and automotive electrification expertise is a plus
