As a member of the wire harness team, the engineering supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising the wiring team


The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead / Supervise a team of engineers in the following:
    • Customer interface lead for design development, change control, technical issue resolution and program engineering deliverables. Support wire harness and customer vehicle assembly builds from initial prototype through full production launch.
    •  Develop continuous design improvement proposals. Develop 3D routing and packaging supporting device locations, inline connections and overall robust wire bundle designs.
    • Coordination work with System Engineering to a line with system schematics.

Your Qualifications:

  •  Engineering Supervisor with 15+ years of experience in the industry
  • BSME, BSEE or relevant engineering degree
